The building has 6 steps at the front entrance, and there is a ramp on the right side of the building to enter into the lower, handicapped accessible, level. Take the elevator to the fourth floor. As you exit the elevator across the hall to the right is suite 405 with a waiting area for the 405 offices.
Office hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, by appointment only.
