Lalla has practiced physical therapy for 35 years and trained with osteopaths in manual therapy for 30 years.  She enjoys working individually with her clients to help them find ease of movement, peace of mind, and increased ability to live to their fullest capacity.  Lalla is committed to each person, seeing her clients through from her initial evaluation to their return to health and well-being.

Lalla received her M.S. in Physical Therapy at Boston University and her undergraduate degree in Biology from State University of New York at Binghamton.  She worked as a cancer researcher for 4 years at Dana Farber before determining PT was her passion.

Lalla began training in women’s health in 1991.  She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and has completed all the APTA requirements for certification as a women’s health physical therapy specialist.

She enjoys taking frequent classes to deepen her expertise in women’s health issues, manual therapy, meditation, and energy work.   Lalla  credits Ed Stiles, D.O. with much of her integrated approach to patient care.

I am a nature lover.  All the photographs you’ll see on this site were taken by me.  I love to hike, garden, and be on the water.  I have been practicing meditation even longer than physical therapy as both student and teacher.  I am so grateful that PT has allowed me the flexibility to be a devoted mother to my two now grown sons with help from my wonderful husband.
